SILVER Delivery Courier (“the App”) is the courier application for the SILVER Delivery platform.
The App is used by approved delivery couriers to receive delivery offers, navigate to pickup and drop-off locations, complete deliveries, view earnings, and receive payouts through Stripe Connect.
Depending on how you use the App, we may collect:
Name
Phone number
Email address
Profile information
Government ID and verification information (when required)
Location information while using the App
Device information
Delivery activity
Earnings and payout information
Stripe Connect account information required for payments
We use your information to:
Create and manage your courier account
Verify your identity
Process deliveries
Provide navigation during deliveries
Process courier payouts
Improve the App
Prevent fraud and abuse

The App collects location information while you are working as a courier in order to provide navigation, delivery tracking, and order completion.
Payments are processed through Stripe Connect. SILVER Delivery does not store your full payment card information.
We may share information only when necessary with:
Restaurants participating in deliveries
Customers receiving deliveries
Stripe for payment processing
Service providers supporting the platform
Government authorities when required by law
We do not sell your personal information.
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information.
We retain information only as long as necessary to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age.
