I am an Economist in the Directorate General Economics at the Deutsche Bundesbank.

Previously, I held positions at the European Central Bank as PhD trainee as well as at the ZEW (Leibniz Centre for European Economic Research) as research assistant.

I hold a Ph.D. (Dr. rer. pol.) in economics from the University of Cologne.

My primary research area lies in monetary and financial economics. In particular, I am interested in the transmission of monetary policy and in macroprudential regulation. I also worked on bounded rationality.
