Welcome

I'm a trained biophysicist and develop integrated approaches combining fluorescence imaging, computerized image analysis, and mathematical modeling. Equipped with these skills, I want to contribute to a better quantitative understanding of biological processes. My current focus is on gene expression, however, this integrated approach can be readily applied to other biological questions where imaging and modeling form an integral part to obtain a deeper quantitative understanding.
