I am a Professor of Economics in particular Macroeconomics at Leuphana University Lüneburg.

My research focuses on the areas of credit frictions and globalisation, innovation and international trade, as well as the influence of tax reforms on the export behaviour of companies.

I have worked as Junior Professor of International Trade at the University of Göttingen. I received my PhD at the LMU Munich and belong to the CESifo research network. My work has been published in the International Economic Review, Journal of International Economics, Canadian Journal of Economics and the Journal of Economic Behavior & Organization.
