1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using this application (“Kyle Car Driving”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the App.

2. Subscription Requirement

An active subscription is required to access and play the App.

The App offers a 3-day free trial for new users. After the free trial period ends, the subscription automatically renews and the applicable subscription fee will be charged unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial or current subscription period.

3. Subscription & Billing

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase or after the free trial ends.
  
  

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  
  

• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
  
  

• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings.
  
  

4. Free Trial

Only one free trial is allowed per Apple ID. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when a subscription is purchased.

5. Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Attempt to bypass or disable subscription requirements
  
  

• Reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the App
  
  

• Use the App in any way that could damage or impair its functionality
  
  

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by the developer and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if these Terms are violated.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
