APPOINTMENT OF STUDENTS : Appointment of Students will be made in consultation with the Proctorial Board. Class Monitor/Class Captain must maintain discipline, whether he/she is in the class room or outside the class on failing which he/she will be relieved of his appointment. The Proctorial Board will hold a meeting of prefects and the School Captains once a month to assess the discipline in the school and accordingly incorporate amendments, if necessary.
UNIFORM AND LONG HAIR PROBLEM : The students are allowed to attend their classes in school uniform only and the defaulters will be sent back (Parents to note) Proper hair-cut is essential, Sikh boy should wear a turban.
3. House captain and Prefects should periodically check the student’s nails, haircut, dress and shoes.
4. All students must bring their school almanac with them every day.
5. Changing of classroom between periods should be done in silence, in an orderly manner and as briskly as possible.
6. (a) Care must be taken of all school property and no students should scratch or spoil desks or chair or write or draw anything on the walls, or in any way damage things belonging to the school.
(b) Damage done, even by accident, should be reported at once to the class teacher or to the Proctor. Any damage done will be repaired by the one who causes it.
(c) Outsiders are not permitted inside the school campus.
7. A Large amount of money should not be kept, or borrowed. No valuable articles should be exchanged.
8. The school is not responsible for lost goods. It is not advisable to bring valuable articles (like ornaments, expensive watches or pens) to school.
9. Students are not allowed to use the school telephone without the permission of the Office Superintendent. They will not be called to answer telephone calls during class-hours.
10. Name, class and section of the pupils should be clearly written on all their belongings.
11. No student is retained on the rolls of the school if he/she fails twice in the same class.
12. No student is expected to leave his class room without permission of the teachers concerned.
13. No student, whose name is upon the notice-board for participation in a particular match or game or cultural activity, is expected to be absent, unless he/she has previously obtained permission from the Teachers in-charge.
