What better time could there be to get away and truly immerse yourself in nourishing practice, delicious food all your own lovely room out on the Sussex coastal headland in one of the UK’s loveliest retreat centres.This retreat will give you the deep immersion into deeply fulfilling and centring yoga practices with one of the UK’s most senior teachers Jim Tarran.
Yoga This is an immersion, so as well as time to walk, talk, and read (or just sit and stare at the window) there will be lots of practice. With a full schedule running from arrival on Friday 4pm – arrival and tea (first class 5:30pm) Departure 5pm Sunday. Jim’s 36 years of practice, 34 years of teaching and 26 years of running a teacher training course means you couldn’t be in better hands for deepening your practice - whatever your level.

Wonderful quality, locally sourced and totally yummy, tasty and nourishing! Served in the relaxed atmosphere of the beautifully converted dining room. Food will be vegetarian (plant based) and organic. Like eating in a restaurant every day.

The Place
The Place
On the brow of Seaford Head, East Sussex, sits Florence House, rock solid in the sea air and surrounding wild landscape. In many ways its situation is a metaphor for its life’s purpose – a haven for the spirit however the wind blows. It’s a much loved venue for life enhancing workshops and retreats. In essence, it lovingly embraces divine inspiration, the sacredness and potential of each individual and the healing power of the landscape in which it sits.
There are beautiful places within the gardens and we encourage guests to take advantage of these areas. Our aim is to create a unique, nurturing environment where you can rest, restore and relax.

Not included: travel
Terms: A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to confirm your place ( if I can fill your place, the deposit can be transferred to a future retreat if you have to cancel). The balance is due no less than 6 weeks prior to the event and can be paid by bank transfer. You may also pay in full at the time of booking if you prefer or in instalments if arranged. Bookings made less than 6 weeks prior to the event must be paid in full.
