What Happened:
Today we arrived in Paris!!
We arrived at our la Maison du Portugal shortly after and had some time to get settled, then we all went out to dinner and ate some Basque food. As we ate, I noticed that a lot of people around us were wearing PSG jersies. Later, we decided to walk around the city, and that is when I remembered that that night was the Champions League final. That is when we realized we happen to be at the perfect place at the perfect time. PSG was playing Inter Milan for the final, and so we ran to the nearest bar to watch the game with all the other Parisians. That night, PSG won 5 to 0 and the city erupted in energy. An amazing start to life in Paris and a hopeful good omen for our future stay.
