This Audition Terms of Service Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between Floptropica Entertainment ("Floptropica," "we," "us," or "our") and the user ("you," "your," or "user") for participation in auditions conducted on the Floptropica Entertainment website (the "Website"). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

1. Audition Process:

2.1 Floptropica Entertainment is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from or in connection with your audition submission, including but not limited to, the use of your personal information.

2.2 Floptropica Entertainment is not responsible for any unauthorized access, disclosure, or use of your audition materials, including the risk of identity theft or exposure.

2.3 Floptropica Entertainment is not obligated to provide feedback or explanations for the refusal of any audition submission.

3. Confidentiality:

3.1 Floptropica Entertainment will make reasonable efforts to maintain the confidentiality of your personal information and audition materials.

3.2 Despite our efforts, Floptropica Entertainment cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information, and you acknowledge and agree that any submission is at your own risk.

4. Dispute Resolution:

4.1 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

5. Miscellaneous:

5.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Floptropica Entertainment and the user regarding the audition process and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.

5.2 Floptropica Entertainment may update or modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Users are encouraged to review this Agreement periodically for changes.

By accessing the Floptropica Entertainment Website and participating in auditions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Website or participate in any auditions.
