FloorScore ("we", "our", or "the app") is a team performance tracking application for retail managers. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app collects, how it is used, and your rights regarding your data.

Information We Collect

When you create an account in FloorScore, we collect the following information:

- Name — Your display name, entered by you during registration.

- Username — A unique identifier you create (e.g., @username).

- Team ID — A team code you enter to join your team group.

- Department — The retail department you select.

- Profile Photo — An optional profile image you may choose to upload from your device.

The app also stores data you enter during regular use, including:

- Weekly KPI entries (Sales, ADS, UPT, GM, NOF)

- Business recap submissions

- Warehouse visit logs

- Goals and progress data

- Messages sent to teammates

- Points, rank, and achievement data

How Your Data Is Stored

All data is stored locally on your device using on-device storage. Your information does not leave your device. There are no external servers, cloud databases, or third-party analytics services that receive your data.

The app uses an App Group container to share limited data (points, rank, and progress counts) with the FloorScore home screen widget.

Data Sharing

We do not share, sell, or transmit your personal data to any third parties. No data leaves your device.

Data Retention

Your data remains on your device for as long as the app is installed. If you delete the app, all data stored by FloorScore is permanently removed from your device.

Children's Privacy

FloorScore is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Your Rights

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over it at all times. You can:

- Delete your data by deleting the app from your device.

- Modify your data by updating your profile within the app.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
