Some features are powered by artificial intelligence, while others can be used manually without AI assistance.
Certain features use artificial intelligence technologies, including Google Gemini API, to generate design concepts, room visualizations, suggestions, and related content.
You acknowledge that:
AI-generated results may be inaccurate.
Generated designs are for informational and creative purposes only.
AI outputs should not be considered professional architectural, engineering, construction, or interior design advice.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, suitability, safety, or feasibility of any generated design.
You are solely responsible for evaluating any design before implementation.
The App does not provide:
Architectural services
Engineering services
Construction advice
Structural assessments
Building code compliance reviews
Professional interior design services
Always consult qualified professionals before making construction, renovation, electrical, plumbing, or structural decisions.
You retain ownership of photos, floor plans, room images, prompts, and other content you submit to the App.
By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to:
Process your content
Generate requested designs
Operate and improve App functionality
Provide requested services
You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to upload such content.
You agree not to:
Violate any applicable laws
Upload unlawful or harmful content
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App
Reverse engineer the App
Interfere with App operations
Use automated tools to abuse the Service
Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights
The App, including its software, features, design, logos, graphics, content, and technology, is owned by us and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use the App solely for personal and lawful purposes.
Certain features may require a subscription or one-time purchase.
Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store.
If applicable:
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current billing period ends.
Renewal charges occur within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
Subscriptions may be managed through Apple Account Settings.

Construction costs
Renovation expenses
Design implementation issues
Loss of profits
Loss of data
Indirect or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the App during the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if:
These Terms are violated
Fraudulent activity is detected
Required by law
Necessary for security or operational reasons
We may modify these Terms from time to time.
Updated Terms will be posted within the App or on our website. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
