FLOWORK France is the developer of the free application FLODO EVENTS. The head office of FLOWORK France is located at 101, Rue Saint Dominique – 75007 PARIS.

This SERVICE (the FLODO EVENTS application) is provided free of charge by FLOWORK France and is intended to be used as is.

This page is used to inform visitors of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of users' personal information.

By choosing this service, you agree to the collection and use of information in connection with this policy. The personal information we collect is used to provide and improve the service. Please note that in order to have a FLODO EVENTS account, you must be part of the database of accredited employees of one of the companies of the Florence Doré Group or become one by registering for free on the website: https://candidature.flodo.fr/Flodo-Candidature.fr/CandidatureNew  and then being selected after an interview by the Florence Doré teams. At this stage, you will have access to the application and will be able to validate the terms of use. (Confirming that the information provided during registration will be used in the application and in the context of the employment contracts drawn up subsequently: first name, last name, email, telephone, address, first name and last name of the person to be contacted) Access information to the application will be sent by email to the address provided during registration.

The FLODO EVENTS app offers the user the option to select or take their profile picture to be used only as a profile in the app and in the FLODO EVENTS backend app used by Florence Doré's back-office staff.

NO OTHER PERSONAL INFORMATION IS COLLECTED by our Service, such as financial, payment and authentication, phone book, contacts, device location, SMS and call data, health data, Health Connect data, inventory of other applications on the device, microphone sensor data, and other sensitive device or usage data.

The app uses third-party services that may collect information that is used to identify you.

Log Data

We would like to inform you that every time you use our service, in the event of an error in the app, we collect data and information about your phone called Log Data. This data is used exclusively to repair and improve our service.

Unsubscribe

If the user no longer wishes to remain registered on the application, he/she will inform the company FLORENCE DORÉ by email. Access to the application will be disabled and personal information deleted in accordance with the GDPR rules on the date agreed between him and FLORENCE DORE (due to the notice period provided for in his contract).
