Flock (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides a social map to discover venues and connect with friends. This policy explains what we collect & how we use it

Information we collect

• Account info: name/username, email, profile photo.
  
  

• Location data: precise location when you grant permission (to show your area and venue activity).
  
  

• Contacts (optional): if you choose “Find Friends,” we access contacts to help you invite or connect.
  
  

• Usage & device info: app actions, diagnostics, device identifiers, crash logs.
  
  

• Content you share: messages, votes, venue saves, and photos you upload.
  
  

How we use information

• Provide core features (map, hotspots, friends, chat).

• Safety/moderation and fraud prevention.

• Analytics to improve performance and reliability.

Sharing

• Service providers (e.g., hosting, analytics, maps).

• Legal/safety requests when required by law.

Data retention

We keep data only as long as needed for the service or law. You can request deletion at any time (see “Your choices”).

Your choices & rights

• Location/Contacts/Camera/Notifications can be turned on/off in iOS Settings at any time.

• Delete account & data: in the app (Settings → Account → Delete Account) or email us.

• Access, correct, or delete your data by contacting tryflockapp@gmail.com.

Flock is for users 18+. If you believe a child used the app, contact us.
