General Road Information:

You may have seen FLOA members volunteering their time, expertise, equipment, and muscle to the road repair work needed prior to the repaving to be done later this summer by Scott's Construction. These ongoing efforts, with volunteer Bill Madsen at the helm, are saving the Association thousands and thousands of dollars. "Road Crew" members assisting include Kip Decker, Mark Curtis, Fred Hiort, Dennis Weisensel, Todd Andes, and Nan Curtis.  Equipment has been most generously donated by Tom Radke. 

The question of whether to "broom" the roads now that work is complete and more than a year has passed was debated amongst Board members.  The majority decided against the suggestion. Should you have any questions or opinions to share, please contact any Board member or Kip Decker or Mark Curtis.

Snow plowing and sanding is contracted through Kelk Land Improvement in Woodruff, WI. FLOA has 12 plowings and 1 sanding each winter season. Any further services are at additional cost to the Membership.

Membership and Contractor gate codes will be changed on May 1. Previous codes will be removed.
