Terms of Use – Flixa Studio: Editing Tools

Thank you for choosing Flixa Studio. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Using Flixa Studio

Flixa Studio provides tools to edit videos, create GIFs, manage audio, and process media files directly on your device.

You are responsible for all content you create, import, or share within the app. You agree to use the app lawfully and respectfully. Misuse may result in restricted access.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Upload or share content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or violates intellectual property rights

• Disrupt the app, servers, or networks

• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity

• Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the app

You are fully responsible for your media files and how you use them.

3. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Flixa Studio may offer premium features through subscriptions or one-time purchases.

Important:

• Payments are processed through Apple’s App Store. We do not handle billing directly

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

• You can manage or cancel subscriptions via your App Store account settings

• Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us

Free trials (if available) will automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends.

4. Content Ownership

All rights to Flixa Studio’s code, design, and branding belong to the app owner and its licensors.

You retain ownership of your videos, images, and audio files. However, you may not:

• Copy, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the app

• Use the Flixa Studio name, logo, or branding without permission

5. Updates and Modifications

We may update, modify, or remove features at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how your information is handled.

7. Limitation of Liability

Flixa Studio is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

We are not responsible for:

• Loss of videos, files, or data

• Device performance issues

• Issues caused by third-party services (e.g., ads)

We recommend backing up your important files regularly.
