Datenschutzhinweis zur Flivalo-Warteliste

2. Welche Daten: Wenn du dich in die Warteliste einträgst, speichern wir deine E-Mail-Adresse, deine Einwilligung mit Datum und Uhrzeit und die technischen Daten deiner Bestätigung (Zeitpunkt, IP-Adresse).
3. Zweck und Rechtsgrundlage: Wir schreiben dir zum Start von Flivalo und zu Neuigkeiten. Rechtsgrundlage ist deine Einwilligung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO), die du per Bestätigungslink (Double-Opt-in) abgibst.
4. Dienstleister: Die Warteliste läuft über Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, Paris, Frankreich) als Auftragsverarbeiter mit Sitz in der EU.
5. Speicherdauer: bis du dich abmeldest oder die Löschung verlangst.
6. Widerruf: jederzeit über den Abmeldelink in jeder E-Mail oder per Mail an flivalo.app@gmail.com.
7. Deine Rechte: Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung, Datenübertragbarkeit und Widerspruch. Du kannst dich auch bei einer Datenschutz-Aufsichtsbehörde beschweren, zum Beispiel bei der Landesbeauftragten für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit NRW.
8. Diese Seite wird bei Google Sites gehostet. Beim Aufruf verarbeitet Google technische Daten wie deine IP-Adresse.

Waitlist privacy notice
1. Who is responsible: Byron Shannon, address above.
2. What we store: your email address, your consent with date and time, and the technical data of your confirmation (time, IP address).
3. Why: to email you about the Flivalo launch and news. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given through the confirmation link (double opt-in).
4. Service provider: the waitlist runs on Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, Paris, France), a processor based in the EU.
5. How long: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data.
6. Withdraw consent: any time, via the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to flivalo.app@gmail.com.
7. Your rights: access, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability and objection. You can also complain to a data protection authority, for example the one for North Rhine-Westphalia (LDI NRW).
