These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the FlipFinds mobile application (“FlipFinds,” “the App,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by Paras Digital LLC.

By downloading, accessing, or using FlipFinds, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

FlipFinds is an inventory and profit-tracking tool designed to help resellers manage items, track costs and profits, and view analytics related to resale activity.

FlipFinds does not guarantee profits, pricing accuracy, sell-through rates, or resale outcomes. All decisions made using the App are solely your responsibility.

2. Free and Pro Plans

FlipFinds offers both free and paid subscription plans:

• Free plan: Limited to a set number of items and basic statistics.
  
  

• FlipFinds Pro: Unlocks unlimited items, advanced analytics, and additional features.
  
  

Subscription pricing, billing frequency, and plan details are shown in the App at the time of purchase.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscriptions are billed through the platform you downloaded the App from (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).

Payment processing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by the platform provider and subject to their terms:

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device’s subscription settings. Cancelling stops future billing but does not refund unused time unless required by law.

4. Data and Accuracy Disclaimer

FlipFinds may display estimates, projections, or analytics based on user-entered data and third-party sources.

We do not guarantee:

FlipFinds is provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered financial, tax, or business advice.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Not misuse, reverse engineer, or interfere with the App or its services
  
  

You are solely responsible for any content or data you enter into FlipFinds.

6. Advertisements

The free version of FlipFinds may display advertisements. Ads may be provided by third-party ad networks. We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of third-party ads.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, designs, and software related to FlipFinds are owned by Paras Digital LLC or its licensors.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any part of the App without prior written permission.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to FlipFinds at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paras Digital LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of FlipFinds.

Use of the App is at your own risk.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.

Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
