RUFAN CONSTRUCTION & CO ("we," "us," or "our") provides the Flipchute mobile application ("Flipchute" or the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information.
Flipchute is designed to work offline. The App does not require an account and, in the current version, does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal or sensitive user data. The App contains no advertising or analytics SDKs.
Flipchute stores limited gameplay information locally on your device so the App can remember your progress and preferences. This may include:
completed and unlocked levels;
scores or stars earned; and
game settings, including the optional haptic-feedback preference.
This information remains in the App's private storage on your device. We do not receive or access it. Cloud backup and device-to-device transfer are disabled for Flipchute's app data.
The current version of Flipchute does not collect or share:
names, email addresses, telephone numbers, or account credentials;
precise or approximate location;
contacts, photos, videos, audio, files, or messages;
financial, payment, health, or government-identification information;
device or advertising identifiers;
usage analytics, crash analytics, or advertising data; or
any other personal or sensitive user data.
Flipchute may use your device's vibration feature to provide optional haptic feedback during gameplay. This feature does not collect or transmit personal data and can be turned off in the App's settings.
Flipchute does not display advertisements and does not include analytics, tracking, authentication, billing, social-media, or other third-party SDKs that collect user data. Google Play and your device's operating system may process information independently under their own terms and privacy policies; that processing is not controlled by Flipchute.
Flipchute does not offer user accounts, sign-in, subscriptions, or in-app purchases. Accordingly, there is no App account or developer-held account data to delete.
If you contact us by email, we will receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address and message. We use it only to respond to your inquiry, address a support issue, protect the App, or comply with applicable law. We do not sell support information. We retain it only as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes and then delete it or anonymize it where appropriate.
Flipchute does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the App. If a parent or guardian believes that a child has sent personal information to us through a support email, they may contact us at the address below to request its deletion.
Gameplay progress and settings remain on your device until you reset progress within the App, clear the App's storage through Android settings, or uninstall the App. Because this information is not transmitted to us, we cannot access or delete it remotely. Support communications are handled as described in Section 7.
We minimize privacy risk by keeping gameplay progress and settings on the device and not transmitting them to our servers. Local information is subject to the security of your device and Android. No method of electronic storage is completely secure, but the App does not operate a developer-controlled database of user information.
We may update this Privacy Policy if Flipchute's features, data practices, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy at the same public webpage and update the effective or last-updated date. If a future version collects or shares data, we will update this policy and the Google Play Data Safety section before or when the change takes effect, as required.
