FLIP LOOP is an arcade game published by AVENQU LABS. The game does not require an AVENQU LABS account to play.
1. Advertising and Third-Party Services
FLIP LOOP may use Unity LevelPlay / ironSource advertising technology to provide interstitial and rewarded advertisements.
When advertising is enabled, advertising technology may collect, process, or share information such as approximate location, advertising or device identifiers, interactions with advertisements, and diagnostic or performance information.
This information may be used for advertising and marketing, analytics, fraud prevention, security, and legal or regulatory compliance.
2. Privacy and Advertising Choices
On a fresh installation, FLIP LOOP presents a Privacy & Ads choice before the advertising SDK is initialized.
If you select ALLOW ADS, FLIP LOOP may initialize Unity LevelPlay and display advertisements according to the game's advertising rules.
If you select PLAY WITHOUT ADS, FLIP LOOP does not initialize LevelPlay on that fresh launch and the game remains playable without advertising.
You can review or change your privacy choice later by selecting PRIVACY on the game's Home screen.
If advertising permission is withdrawn after the advertising system has already been initialized during the current session, FLIP LOOP stops making future advertising requests. Restarting the application applies the saved privacy choice before advertising initialization.
3. Local Game Data
FLIP LOOP may store gameplay information locally on your device, including settings, scores, unlocked levels, progression, tutorial status, privacy choices, and similar game preferences.
This information is used to operate the game and remember your progress. Clearing the application's data or uninstalling the application may remove locally stored progress.
4. Data Sharing
When advertising is enabled, information may be processed or shared with Unity LevelPlay / ironSource and advertising partners participating in the mediation system.
AVENQU LABS does not require users to create an account or directly provide personal contact information in order to play FLIP LOOP.
5. Children
FLIP LOOP is not designed or directed specifically to children under the age of 13.
AVENQU LABS does not knowingly request personal contact information from children through the game. A parent or guardian who believes that a child has provided personal information in connection with FLIP LOOP may contact us.
6. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information associated with the application. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
7. Privacy Requests and Data Deletion
FLIP LOOP does not require an AVENQU LABS user account.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy if FLIP LOOP, its advertising configuration, applicable legal requirements, or third-party services change.
When this policy is materially updated, the effective date shown at the top of this page will also be updated.
