History

Flint Cemetery was established with its first burial in 1900. The Flint Cemetery Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, was chartered in 1976 to solicit donations for the perpetual care of the Cemetery. Flint Cemetery was designated a Historic Texas Cemetery by the Texas Historical Commission in 2003.
