Travel class

Alaska Airline offers three classes of travel;

All meals served in first class are West Coast inspired and can be paired with a selection of wines.

Premium Class - Alaska Airline offers passenger seats that have been redesigned with comfort and convenience in mind, and are equipped with USB and a power outlet that allows on-the-go charging. Complimentary wine, beer and cocktails are also served on site.

Economy Class – Alaska Airlines Economy Class is known as base class, which offers genuine leather seats and power seats, as well as free in-flight entertainment to passengers.

All passengers are allowed to bring 8 kg of hand luggage and 2 pieces of checked baggage of 23 kg.

Frequent Flyer Allowance

Flying Blue is Air France-KLM's frequent flyer program that allows miles to be earned based on distance traveled, fare and class of service. The Flying Blue program also includes Air Europa, Garuda Indonesia, Kenya Airways, Aircalin and TAMROM. Tourists can join as members because the program is free. There are two types of miles at Flying Blue: award miles and tier miles, where award miles expire after 20 months without flights and can be exchanged for other awards. Status miles are valid until December 31 each year and are used to determine membership. Award miles can be redeemed for free tickets, upgrades to Economy Class, extra baggage and lounge access. Members can also donate miles to charity through KLM AirCares or shop at Flying Blue Stone. Award Miles can be earned on SkyTeam partner and Flying Blue partner airlines including Alaska flights booking deals, Air Corsica, Airlinair, Bangkok Airways, Chalair Aviation, Comair, Copa Airlines, Gol Transportes Aéreos, Japan Airlines, Malaysia Airlines, Qantas, TAAG Angola, Twin Jet and Ukrainian international airline.

Domestic Flights - Passengers can check-in 24 hours to 1 hour before the scheduled departure.

International Flights - Passengers can check-in 24 hours and 5 hours before the scheduled departure.

In-flight service

Alaska Airline offers passengers a selection of snacks, meals and drinks which can be accessed through Northen Bites, the in-flight dining program, or can be pre-ordered online at the time of booking. Special picnic packages are available in Economy Class and a free meal or snack is served in the Premium cabin. Alaska Airlines was the first airline to introduce a portable airplane. disc-based audio-video-on-demand players, known as digEplayers, which can be rented during the passenger's time on board. Alaska flights reservations has now replaced the digEplayer with a tablet for inflight entertainment, giving passengers access to inflight WiFi.
