The “Play Time” Approach
We’ve all seen it, families investing time and money into AAU, only to watch their athlete sit most of the weekend.
At Flight 607, our goal is to keep our roster size manageable so every player has a real opportunity to contribute and develop. Early in the season, we focus on giving players meaningful minutes and building confidence on the court.
As we move into more competitive tournaments, playing time may be influenced by matchups, effort, and game situations. While we can’t guarantee equal minutes in every game, we are committed to developing every player and giving them opportunities to grow.
