Flicka ("the App") is developed to help users block unwanted phone calls and protect against spam and scam calls.

This permission is used exclusively to:
detect incoming calls
identify phone call status
apply user-defined call blocking rules
manage the local log of blocked calls
notify users when a call has been blocked
All processing happens locally on the device.
No call data is transmitted outside the device.
The App does not:
collect personal information
access contacts for data collection purposes
upload data to external servers
track users
perform analytics or profiling
Blocked call information is stored only locally on the user's device.
Flicka works completely offline and does not require an internet connection to function.
Flicka does not share any information with third parties, advertisers, analytics services, or external organizations.
All information processed by Flicka remains exclusively on the user's device under the user's control.
Flicka is not directed toward children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
