CASE 1: Identify Duplicate Entries: Are there any duplicate user sessions or feedback entries? How can we clean these up?

• A thorough review of the data revealed no duplicate values, confirming that each row, representing an individual user, is unique. 

CASE 2: Analyze Session Duration: How long do users typically spend on the app? Are shorter sessions associated with higher bounce rates?

• I consolidated the data using key metrics such as the Number of Customers, Total Page Views, Average Bounce Rate, and Average Add-to-Cart Rate.

• Users spent an average of 898.064 seconds (approximately 15 minutes) on the platform.

• Analysis revealed that as the Bounce Rate increases, the Number of Session Views does not show a corresponding increase. Additionally, the Average Session Views fluctuates between 600 and 1000, indicating no consistent relationship between Bounce Rate and Average Session Views. This suggests that the Bounce Rate was not significantly influenced by the Average Session Views.

CASE 3: Investigate Bounce and Conversion Rates: Is there any significant relationship between both metrics?

• An inverse relationship was observed between the Bounce Rate and the Conversion Rate: as the Bounce Rate increases, the Conversion Rate decreases, and vice versa.

• In both 2021 and 2022, this trend persisted, with one metric exhibiting a downward trend while the other increased correspondingly.

 CASE 4: Understand Cart Behavior: For sessions with cart additions, how often do users proceed to checkout?

• The analysis reveals that when the Conversion Rate approaches 50%, the number of items added to carts is typically higher compared to other percentage ranges. While this range remains relatively consistent, there is a slight downward trend over time. 

CASE 5: Feedback Analysis: What common themes can you find in the feedback content?

Key themes identified in the feedback include:

• Checkout Process: Users expressed the need for improvements to enhance the experience.

• Search Functionality: Reports indicate that the search feature is not functioning as expected.

• Cart Issues: Users encountered bugs when attempting to add items to their cart.
