Usage Data: Anonymous analytics (like crash reports) may be collected to improve app performance.
Storage: All your training history, routines, and progress are saved only on your device unless you choose to back up via iCloud/Google Drive.

Flex Mate can be used by athletes of all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Parents or guardians should supervise app usage.
Depending on your region (GDPR, CCPA, etc.), you may request:
Deletion of any communications with support.
Full deletion of your local data (by uninstalling the app or clearing storage).
We may update this Privacy Policy as the app evolves. The latest version will always be available in the app and on our website.
