Support – FlexiAlarm
If you need help with FlexiAlarm, review the information below before contacting support.
Common Issues
• Alarm did not trigger
Ensure:
- Apple Watch is powered on and charged
- Wrist detection settings are configured as intended
- Focus / Silent / Sleep modes are set correctly
- Notifications are enabled for FlexiAlarm
- The app has required permissions
System-level behaviors (watch removal, low battery, force-closing apps, OS restrictions) can prevent alarms from triggering.
• Smart Wake not behaving as expected
Smart Wake relies on available sleep data and system constraints. Confirm:
- Health permissions are enabled
- Sleep data exists for the relevant period
- Wake window is configured correctly
• Vibration strength seems weak
Vibration intensity is limited by Apple Watch hardware and system controls. Check system haptics settings.
• Companion app not syncing properly
Ensure:
- Bluetooth is enabled
- Both devices are nearby
- Both apps are installed and updated
- Devices are signed into the same Apple ID
Important
FlexiAlarm stores configuration data locally on your device.
The developer does not have access to your alarms, health data, or personal device information.
Missed alarms caused by device power loss, operating system behavior, user settings, or hardware limitations are outside the developer’s control.
