• For the camera-ready paper preparation use the template provided at:

https://www.springer.com/us/authors-editors/conference-proceedings/conference-proceedings-guidelines

• Please include the author details in the manuscript and must be consistent with the details as entered in CMT portal. 

• It is mandatory for one of the authors to register for the conference before the registration deadline. 

• The final camera-ready paper should NOT be more than 10 Pages including all figures, tables, and references.

• All the figures/images should be provided separately in ‘.tif format’ with proper labeling (submit ‘zip file’ containing all images at the time of registration).

• The authors must ensure that the plagiarism should NOT be more than 10% with filters and settings- Exclude Quotes: No; Exclude Bibliography: Yes; Exclude sources that are less than: 3 words.

• The authors are requested to include their ORCID ID.

• Authors are required to submit the Response of Editor/Reviewer's Comments in separate word/pdf file.

• Separate payment and registration are required in case of multiple papers of any author.

• The registration fee is Non-refundable. 

*Registration for Offline participants will include 2-day lunch and conference kit
