This set is currently unavailable. The printing cost has almost doubled in the past 3 years, as well as shipping cost.
I currently see no way to print and ship these at a reasonable rate.
Since the content has aged as well, I will discontinue this set.

This is the unrevised version released in September 2015.
Please be aware that some inaccuracies, omissions and errors have been found in the meantime.
There are vague plans to update and revise this book at some point in the future, but don't count on a new edition before 2025
since this will be another huge endeavour.
