Fleur De Sel is, above all, a team devoted to the art of perfection. Established in 2025 as a family-owned venture, our mission is to share the essence of authentic French cuisine with you.
Our Crêpes are crafted with premium ingredients, including full cream milk, butter, sugar, vanilla, free-range eggs, and white flour. Meanwhile, our Galettes are prepared using the finest buckwheat flour, staying true to tradition and quality.
OUR STORY
Bonjour! We are a French family originally from New Caledonia who relocated to Australia in 2015.
Our journey began with the opening of a thriving French bakery in Sydney, where we created countless cherished memories. Though we loved our time there, we eventually sold the bakery to embark on our next adventure: exploring the stunning landscapes of Queensland.
After taking a brief pause to renovate our home and reflect on future plans, we decided to pursue a “mobile kitchen” concept to share one of our favorite traditional French delights—savoury and sweet crêpes.
