This Privacy Policy explains how Fletora: PDF Reader & Tool (package name com.erlthedev.fletora) accesses, uses, and shares information. Fletora is provided by Erlthedev. Questions may be sent to erlin.shehaj@gmail.com.
Documents and on-device processing
Fletora opens and processes only the PDF documents and images that you select. Reading, conversion, merging, splitting, and document generation are performed locally on your Android device. Fletora does not upload the contents of your documents or images to the developer's servers.
Generated files are saved locally only when you request an export. The app stores settings, Premium entitlement state, and limited recent-document information on your device to provide its features. You can remove generated files using your device's file manager, clear recent items in the app, clear the app's storage, or uninstall the app. Fletora disables Android cloud backup for its private app data.
File access and sharing
Android's system file picker is used to let you choose files and output locations. Fletora accesses selected files only to perform the action you request. A document or generated file is shared with another app only when you explicitly use an Open or Share action.
Advertising
The free version displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Depending on your region, consent choices, device settings, and Google's configuration, Google and its advertising partners may collect or receive information such as device and app identifiers (including the Android Advertising ID where available), IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, ad interactions, and diagnostic data. This information may be used to deliver ads, measure performance, prevent fraud and abuse, and, where permitted, personalize advertising.
Fletora uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request and record applicable privacy choices. Where required, you can change those choices through the Privacy options entry in the app's Settings. Premium users do not receive ads from Fletora. Purchases
Premium purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. Google processes payment and Google Account information under its own privacy policy. Fletora receives only the purchase and entitlement information needed to complete, acknowledge, and restore the purchase; the developer does not receive your full payment-card details.
Accounts and developer analytics
Fletora does not require or provide a user account. The app does not send document names, document contents, or in-app usage analytics to a developer-operated server. Diagnostic log messages used during app operation remain subject to Android's normal device logging behavior.
Data retention and security
Locally stored app data remains on your device until you delete it, clear the app's storage, or uninstall the app. Data handled independently by Google is retained and protected according to Google's policies. We use reasonable technical measures and minimize access to files, but no electronic system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Children
Fletora is intended for users aged 18 and over and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through a developer-operated account or server.
Your choices
You may decline or change advertising consent where the UMP privacy form is available, manage or reset your Advertising ID in Android settings, purchase Premium to remove Fletora's ads, revoke file permissions where supported by Android, delete exported files, clear local app data, or uninstall the app. Privacy-related questions may be sent to erlin.shehaj@gmail.com.
