User Agreement for Fletcoin

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you, the user ("you," "your," or "user"), and user777_apps ("we," "us," or "our"), the developer and owner of the Fletcoin mobile application and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms, which govern your use of the Fletcoin app.

The terms "you," "your," and "user" refer to any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Service. The term "Service" encompasses the Fletcoin application, any features, content, software, and services that are provided in connection with the app, including but not limited to in-app purchases, virtual currency, and advertisements.

If you do not agree to these Terms, or if you do not meet the eligibility criteria described in Section 3 below, you must not use or access the Service. By continuing to use the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all provisions outlined in these Terms.

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy (which governs how we collect and use your personal data), form the entire agreement between you and user777_apps regarding your use of the Fletcoin Service.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using Fletcoin, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other legal notices or guidelines posted within the App. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must not use the App. user777_apps reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the App after changes have been made will constitute acceptance of those changes.

3. Eligibility

To use Fletcoin, you must meet the following criteria:

• Be at least 18 years of age or have the legal consent of a parent or guardian if you are under 18.

• Use the App in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

• Not use the App if you have been previously banned or suspended from any of our services. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet all the eligibility requirements. If you do not, you must not access or use the App.

4. Account Registration and Security

In order to access certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. When registering for an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately at fletcoin@gmail.com.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that is in violation of these Terms or is used fraudulently.

5. Subscription Services

Fletcoin offers a paid subscription service through Google Play Market. By subscribing, you agree to pay the monthly fee of $5. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Payment is charged to your Google account at the time of purchase.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Google Play account settings. We do not provide refunds for unused periods or partial months unless otherwise required by law.

6. Free Trial Period

In some cases, Fletcoin may offer a free trial period for new subscribers. If you do not cancel your subscription before the trial period ends, you will be charged the monthly fee for the next billing cycle. You may only use the free trial once per account.

7. Advertising

The App features third-party advertisements. These ads may be targeted based on your interactions with the App or other factors. We are not responsible for the content, services, or products offered in third-party advertisements, nor do we endorse these ads. Any interactions you have with third-party advertisers, including the purchase of goods or services, are solely between you and the advertiser.

We recommend reviewing the terms and policies of any third-party services or products before engaging with them.

8. In-App Purchases

In addition to subscription services, Fletcoin may offer in-app purchases that enhance the user experience or provide additional content. All in-app purchases are handled through Google Play Market and are subject to Google’s terms of service. Prices for in-app purchases are displayed at the time of the transaction.

Purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law. Please ensure that you understand the terms of each purchase before completing the transaction.

9. Refund Policy

As all payments are processed through the Google Play Market, we adhere to their refund policy. Refund requests should be directed to Google within their specified window (typically 48 hours after purchase). If you believe you are entitled to a refund under special circumstances, please contact Google Play support. We are not responsible for managing or processing refunds unless otherwise required by law.

10. Virtual Currency and Transactions

The virtual currency in Fletcoin, referred to as "Coins," has no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for real money. You may not sell, transfer, or trade Coins outside of the App without our express permission. Coins earned or purchased within the App are non-transferable between accounts and cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash.

11. User Conduct

By using Fletcoin, you agree to comply with the following guidelines for user conduct:

• No Harmful Behavior: You will not engage in any activity that could disrupt, damage, or interfere with the functionality of the App, including hacking, spamming, or distributing malicious code.

• Respect for Other Users: You will not harass, threaten, or abuse other users in any way. Any form of bullying, discriminatory behavior, or inappropriate content is strictly prohibited.

• No Unauthorized Commercial Use: You are prohibited from using the App for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from user777_apps. This includes distributing advertisements, promotions, or unauthorized affiliate links.

Violation of these guidelines may result in the suspension or permanent termination of your account, and in some cases, legal action.

12. Intellectual Property Rights

All content in Fletcoin, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, images, designs, and text, is the exclusive intellectual property of user777_apps or its licensors. You may not reproduce, copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without express written permission from user777_apps.

The use of Fletcoin’s intellectual property without proper authorization may result in legal action. This includes the use of any trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior consent.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

Fletcoin and its services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be free from defects, interruptions, or security vulnerabilities. You use the App at your own risk.

Specifically, we make no representations or warranties regarding:

• The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the App’s content.

• The security of your data or transactions conducted within the App.

• The App being error-free or that any defects will be corrected.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, user777_apps disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, user777_apps, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Loss of data, profits, or goodwill.

• Damages arising from your inability to access or use the App.

• Any financial losses or unrealized earnings related to in-app rewards, virtual currency, or other digital assets.

• Any assumptions or expectations regarding the potential listing, exchange, or real-world value of Fletcoin virtual currency.

Fletcoin is a game designed for entertainment purposes and should not be considered an investment opportunity, a financial product, or a guarantee of earnings. While players may engage with in-app virtual currency, user777_apps makes no promises, representations, or warranties that these digital assets will have any monetary value now or in the future.

By using the App, you acknowledge that any participation in Fletcoin's mechanics, including but not limited to earning, spending, or transferring in-game currency, is purely voluntary and at your own risk.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which any claim is brought and even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages. You assume full responsibility for your use of the App.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless user777_apps, its affiliates, officers, and employees from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

16. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App, you agree to first attempt to resolve the issue through informal negotiation by contacting us at fletcoin@gmail.com. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, the dispute will be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable European Union laws.

The arbitration process will be conducted in a manner that is mutually agreeable to both parties, and the decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding. Each party will bear its own costs in the arbitration process unless otherwise directed by the arbitrator.

17. Governing Law

20. Refund Policy and Cancellation

As Fletcoin offers a subscription-based service, our refund policy follows the terms set by Google Play Market. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the paid features until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are provided for partial months or unused features unless otherwise required by applicable law.

In the event that you experience issues with your subscription or believe you are entitled to a refund due to technical issues, you must contact Google Play Support. While user777_apps does not handle refunds directly, we will assist you in addressing any concerns with Google if required by law.

21. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Fletcoin at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, including but not limited to, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activities, or posed a risk to other users or the operation of the App. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

If your account is terminated for violating these Terms, you will not be entitled to any refund of the subscription fees or other purchases. We also reserve the right to take any legal action deemed necessary in case of serious breaches, including but not limited to, fraud, hacking, or abuse of the App’s services.

22. Third-Party Services

Fletcoin may integrate third-party services and products. These services include, but are not limited to, payment gateways (Google Play Market), analytics providers, and advertisement networks. user777_apps does not control or have any responsibility for the availability, quality, or content of third-party services.

By using Fletcoin, you acknowledge that user777_apps is not responsible for any damage or loss caused by your interaction with third-party services. You are responsible for reading and agreeing to the terms of any third-party services you choose to engage with.

23. Changes to These Terms

user777_apps may modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the beginning of these Terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the App following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

If we make material changes that affect your rights or obligations, we may notify you either through the App, by email, or by another method.

7. Compliance with Laws and Regulations

• Users must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws when using the application.

• Any unlawful activity within the app will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

25. No Waiver

Failure by user777_apps to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by user777_apps.

26. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

27. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any other legal notices or agreements between you and user777_apps (such as the Privacy Policy), constitute the entire agreement between you and user777_apps with respect to your use of the App. These Terms supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, or understandings regarding your use of the App.
