Thank you for visiting the Forest Lake Community Outreach site!
As concerned citizens, we created this website and fund to create opportunities for Forest Lake community members to extend their support for families during challenging times.
At this time, there are 3 main ways you can help our families impacted by federal law enforcement activity.
If you would like to make a donation to help supply families in crisis with groceries or other household needs, please use the form below. The funds go to a site called Donorbox. The account is managed by Forest Lake community members who are committed to getting Forest Lake area families what they have requested or need.*
If you feel more comfortable donating a Walmart gift card to help mitigate purchasing and delivery costs, please send a virtual gift card to the email address associated with this page, flecof831@gmail.com.*
If you are hoping to help in-person, please fill out the Google Form below and we will contact you when we have opportunities available to shop, pack, or deliver supplies to families.
*Any residual funds will be donated to a local food shelf, such as Family Pathways or Rangers Supporting Rangers.
UPDATE: As of 1/31/26, we have had 135 donors from across the country and raised over $12,000! We also have about 35 volunteers shopping for, packing, and delivering food to families, as well as addressing other various needs. THANK YOU for everyone's generosity and willingness to help! You make our community stronger!
Here is a message of gratitude from one of our families:
“Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart. I truly appreciate your support. I find it very difficult to ask for help, but I’m surprised by the solidarity and empathy I’ve seen these past few days. It’s so nice to know that for many people, we’re not disposable.” - FLCOF Recipient
If you are still wondering how you can help, we will continue to need donations as we connect with more families. Please use the Donate form below to keep supporting this work.

We currently have enough volunteers, but continue to need donations. We will repost the form if we are in need of additional in-person helpers.
If you are interested in volunteering in the greater metro area, please email flecof831@gmail.com for a list of organizations and individuals who may need additional volunteers.

Quick access to the Monarca & COPAL rapid response phone numbers can make a big difference in protecting our immigrant community. We are ordering bracelets with these numbers to include in our kits being delivered to the community. Our goal is to raise $500 to purchase 3000, which we will quickly go through. If we raise more than $500, we will buy more bracelets.
There is no pressure to contribute. We must all do what we can AND what we are comfortable with. For some it is providing funds for action and others it is checking on a neighbor. If you are interested and able, the information is below. Please include a note that you want your donation to go to bracelets. If you have any questions, please email indivisiblenorthmetro@gmail.com with the subject line "Bracelets".
We are continuing to pack whistle kits and business kits for immigrant communities, allies, and at-risk businesses. If you would like to participate or contribute, email indivisiblenorthmetro@gmail.com with the subject line "Whistle Kits".
