Guidelines for using DocuSign
The Florida Department of Children and Families has granted DocuSign usage to all Community-Based Care Agencies and their agency partners. We encourage all CBCs to take advantage of this electronic signature tool to complete FL DCF forms in their respective departments:

We have identified and implemented 80+ FL DCF forms as templates in DocuSign to save users time, minimize errors and rework, and expedite our processes to help Florida's Children and Families.

How To Get a User License For DocuSign
DocuSign eSignature Administrators have the ability to manage user accounts and their access to DocuSign. If you do not currently have a DocuSign account, please contact your organization's administrator. If you do not know who your organization's administrator is, please contact fldcf@docusign.com.
