Icon packs from Flawed Koncepts are designed with your privacy as a priority. By default, our applications do not collect any user information and does not require internet permissions. However, if you make an icon request, some data are needed to be collected.

Icon Requests

When you make an icon request, some information is included by default to help us process your request. However, you have full control over what details are sent via email, and you can modify the content before submission. The information typically included in an icon request email may consist of:

- Your email address

- Device details, such as the manufacturer, model, product name, screen resolution, and Android version

- App version and Candybar version (for app dashboard compatibility)

- The specific icons you choose to include in the request

This information is strictly used to fulfill your icon request. You retain complete control over the data sent to us, as it is fully visible to you prior to submission.

Data Security and Retention

All emails sent for icon requests are received using Gmail and only the developers have access to this data. Email records are routinely deleted, typically within three months, to maintain privacy. You have the right to delete or request that we assist in deleting the personal data that we have collected about you.

Your privacy is important to us, and we are committed to protecting it in every aspect of our service.
