We started a Food Truck and Catering business, the name of the Food Truck is FLAVOR JUNCTION LLC. The Food Truck has been recently inspected and certified by Durham Environmental Health Department.Â

We serve Indian dishes like Chicken tikka masala, kababs and Mediterranean dishes like Gyro sandwiches, grilled chicken platters. Special off the menu dishes can be ordered. We have a Tandoor Oven and Gyro Machine in the food truck. We can make all Indian, Indian - Chinese, Bengali dishes. We can make fresh Kababs in the Tandoor oven. We can also make Mediterranean dishes like Hummus and Greek Salad. We can make Burgers, Hot Dogs and French Fries, Tacos, Breakfast, Desserts, Smoothies, Fruit Platters, Veggie Dip Platters.
