I am a PhD Candidate in Economics at the University of Amsterdam.

My research interests are in housing market dynamics, in particular in investigating the drivers and policy effects.

My first project focuses on the long-run relationship between house prices and rents in OECD countries. My second project focuses on the Dutch housing market, estimating the impact of high-income immigrants on house prices.
