These Terms of Use ("Agreement" or "Terms") govern your use of the Flat - AI Interior Design application (the "App"), provided by Loan Nguyen ("we", "us", "our"). It is important that you read and understand this Agreement, as by downloading, installing, or using the App, you indicate that you have read, understood, agreed, and accepted the Agreement.
If you do not agree with this Agreement, or if you do not agree with at least one of the provisions, you are not authorized to use the App and must promptly discontinue downloading, installing, and remove the App from your iOS device.
Flat - AI Interior Design is a mobile device application that creates unique AI-generated interior design images and concepts. The App is a utility designed to enhance your device experience. This application is for your personal, non-commercial use only.
The Services are powered by third-party AI models. Due to the limitations of science and technology at this stage and the particularity of generative artificial intelligence, we cannot guarantee that the content or data you see on the Services will perfectly meet your requirements. We have adopted data filtering measures, but please do not rely entirely on the content. In the case of any damages caused by the content, we assume no responsibility.
Your privacy is very important to us. Access to the App and use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. By accessing the App and continuing to use the Services, you are deemed to have accepted the Privacy Policy.
In addition, to use our products and services, you must abide by our Community Guidelines. If you disagree with any part of these guidelines or policies, you must immediately stop using the App.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to this Agreement at any time and for any reason. We will keep you informed about any changes by updating this Agreement, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change. Your continued use of the App after the date such revised Agreement is posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
In order to access and/or use the App, you must be eighteen (18) years of age or older. Minors between the ages of thirteen (13) and seventeen (17) must have the permission of, and be directly supervised by, their parent or guardian to access the App.
Apps, like other consumer technologies, may not be 100% secure. By accepting this Agreement, you acknowledge that the App and any information you offer to share may be exposed to unauthorized access, interception, or misuse. You accept all responsibility for such security risks. Loan Nguyen shall not be liable for any unauthorized access to your mobile device or the app data thereon.
We may, without prior notice, change the Service, stop providing the Service, or create usage limits. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access without notice and liability for any reason. You are responsible for all mobile data usage resulting from the use of the Service.
You agree not to use the App in any way that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringes on any copyright, database right, or trademark.
You shall not:
Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the App.
Transfer, rent, lease, or distribute the App.
Use the App to generate or disseminate verifiably false information, defamatory material, or malicious code.
Use any copyrighted or trademarked materials as input content without permission.
Upload User Content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, discriminatory, or promotes violent acts.
Representations regarding Input Content: By uploading any photos of rooms or spaces (Input Content) to the App, you represent and warrant that you are the author and/or exclusive copyright holder, or you have obtained all necessary permissions from the relevant property owners.
You agree that your use of the App and its services shall be at your sole risk. The services and all materials are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not make any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, regarding merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Design Disclaimer: Please be advised that Flat - AI Interior Design provides design suggestions, ideas, and visualizations as a reference tool only. The app utilizes artificial intelligence to generate concepts based on user inputs. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or physical suitability of the generated designs (e.g., structural integrity, furniture dimensions) for any specific purpose. The results are intended for inspiration and planning purposes only. Users should consult with professional contractors or interior designers before implementing any concepts.
In no event shall we be liable for damages of any type, whether direct or indirect, arising out of or in any way related to the App and services provided.
Our Ownership: All intellectual property rights related to the App's source code, UI/UX design, and service content are owned by us or our licensors.
Your Ownership: You may provide input to the Services ("Input") and receive output generated by the Services ("Output"). You own all rights, title, and interest in your Input and Output Content, provided you comply with these Terms. Note that due to the nature of machine learning, other users may receive similar Output.
DMCA Notice: If you believe that content hosted on our App infringes upon your copyright, please submit a detailed notification of claimed infringement directly through the App's internal Support / Contact Us feature.
Flat - AI Interior Design offers auto-renewing subscriptions to unlock premium AI design features.

Weekly Access: $6.99 / Week (may include introductory offers)
Yearly Access: $39.99 / Year
Apple App Store Subscription Rules:
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID Account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, identifying the cost of the renewal.
Subscriptions may be managed by the user, and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Apple Account Settings after purchase.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, USA.
