FlashMind does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information to external servers.
All data you create within the app — including decks, flashcards, study progress, and settings — is stored entirely on your device using local storage. We have no access to this data at any time.
Specifically, the app does not collect:

Device identifiers or advertising IDs
Usage analytics or behavioral data
Payment or financial information
Photos, camera, or microphone data
All content you create in FlashMind — such as flashcard decks, card content, and study progress — is saved locally on your device. This data never leaves your device and is not synced to any cloud server, third-party service, or external database operated by us.
If you uninstall the app, all locally stored data will be permanently deleted from your device.
FlashMind does not integrate with any third-party analytics platforms, advertising networks, or data brokers. We do not use services such as Google Analytics, Firebase, Facebook SDK, or any similar tracking tools within the app.
If the app is distributed through a platform such as the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, those platforms may collect certain technical data (such as crash reports or download statistics) in accordance with their own privacy policies. FlashMind is suitable for users of all ages, including children. Because the app does not collect any personal information from any user, it is fully compliant with children's privacy regulations including the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar laws in other jurisdictions. We do not knowingly collect any data from children or any other users.
FlashMind requests only the minimum permissions necessary to function. The app does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, location, or any other sensitive device feature. No special permissions are required beyond standard local storage access, which is used solely to save your flashcard data on your device.
Since all data is stored locally on your device, its security is governed by your device's own security features — such as screen lock, device encryption, and operating system protections. We recommend keeping your device software up to date and using a secure screen lock to protect your personal data, including anything you store within FlashMind.
Because FlashMind does not collect or store any of your personal data on external servers, there is no personal data held by us to access, correct, export, or delete. All your flashcard data belongs entirely to you and remains on your device at all times.
If you wish to delete your data, you may do so by clearing the app's local storage within your device settings or by uninstalling the app.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the app or applicable laws. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of FlashMind after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
