Hotel’s room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 13%) in effect at the time of check-in.

Room rates are based on single or double occupancy only. 

There is an additional charge of $10 per person, per night, for each additional guest over the age of 18 staying in the room.

RESORT FEE – WAIVED

The $35.00 taxable Resort fee per room, per night is waived for your group. Group will have complimentary access to

Unlimited local calls and toll free number access, champagne upon arrival, daily beach chair set up, Concierge Service,

Business Center and Printers, WiFi in all hotel guest rooms and public spaces where available, Weekday USA Today

Newspaper, In-Room Coffee and Bottled Water daily, Afternoon Refreshments served in the Lobby, and access to the Hotels

Fitness Room, Tennis/Pickleball Court and Bicycles.

PARKING

 Currently, overnight valet only parking is $25.00 per vehicle, per night.

 Daily valet parking is $5 per vehicle.

RESERVATIONS, CUT-OFF AND CHECK-IN

All guestroom reservations must be made by individual call-ins. Individuals need to call (800) 228-8810.

Cut-off date:  May 12, 2025 

In order to receive the preferred rates, individuals must identify themselves with ASABE-FL Section Annual Conference. Rates cannot be changed upon check-in or at checkout times for guests who fail to identify their affiliation at the time the reservation is requested.
