Hotel’s room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 13%) in effect at the time of check-in.

Room rates are based on single or double occupancy only. 

There is an additional charge of $10 per person, per night, for each additional guest over the age of 18 staying in the room.

RESORT FEE – WAIVED

The nightly Resort Fee has been DISCOUNTED to $10.00 per night and the nightly. Attendees must book reservations within the group block by May 19, 2026 to receive these special concessions and group rate. Please be advised, when booking reservations, guests will be made aware of our normal nightly Resort Fee of $25.00 and Self-Parking Fee of $20.00 but, again, these fees have been discounted and waived for ASABE-FL and will be applied at check-in. 

PARKING

Self-Parking Fee has been WAIVED for your group. Attendees must book reservations within the group block by May 19, 2026 to receive these special concessions and group rate.

RESERVATIONS, CUT-OFF AND CHECK-IN

All guestroom reservations must be made by individual call-ins. Individuals need to call (800) 767-7777.

Cut-off date:  May 19, 2026 

In order to receive the preferred rates, individuals must identify themselves with ASABE-FL Section Annual Conference. Rates cannot be changed upon check-in or at checkout times for guests who fail to identify their affiliation at the time the reservation is requested.
