This Privacy Policy explains how Flap Spark (“the Game”) handles information when you use the Game.
Flap Spark is developed and published by FlapSparkStudio.
Flap Spark stores gameplay information such as coin balance, unlocked cosmetic items, selected skins, high scores, progress, and game settings.
Some information may be stored locally on your device. If cloud synchronization is enabled, certain gameplay information may also be stored using Unity Cloud Save so that progress can be restored or synchronized across supported devices.
Removing the Game or clearing application data may remove information stored only on the device.
Flap Spark provides optional Google sign-in functionality.
When sign-in or cloud synchronization is used, Unity Authentication is used to identify the player and associate saved game data with the player.
Unity Authentication may generate and process a unique Player ID and related authentication identifiers required to provide authentication and cloud-save functionality.
Flap Spark does not use Google sign-in to obtain your password.
Flap Spark uses Unity Cloud Save to store certain gameplay progress associated with a player's Unity Authentication identity.
Cloud-saved information may include items such as:
coin balance;
unlocked or purchased cosmetic items;
selected cosmetics;
game progress;
high scores;
relevant game preferences or settings.
This information is used to synchronize and restore game progress.
Flap Spark includes optional rewarded advertisements provided through Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). Players may choose to watch rewarded advertisements in exchange for in-game rewards.
Google Mobile Ads and its advertising partners may process information such as:
IP address and approximate location derived from it;
interactions with advertisements;
device or advertising identifiers;
diagnostic information;
performance information;
fraud-prevention and security information.
This information may be used for advertising, ad measurement, analytics, fraud prevention, security, and related purposes.
Flap Spark uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request advertising and privacy consent where required.
Users in supported regions may be shown privacy choices before advertising data is processed where consent is required.
Flap Spark offers optional in-app purchases through Google Play.
Purchases are processed through Google Play Billing and Unity In-App Purchasing.
FlapSparkStudio does not directly receive or store your payment card or bank account information.
Google Play and Unity may process purchase information, transaction identifiers, device or user identifiers, diagnostics, country or region information, and purchase history as required to provide and secure purchasing functionality.
Flap Spark may use Unity services and platform services to identify crashes, technical errors, or performance problems.
These services may process information such as crash logs, application diagnostics, performance data, device information, and identifiers.
This information is used to maintain, troubleshoot, secure, and improve the Game.

These services may be used for application distribution, authentication, purchases, advertising, consent management, security, fraud prevention, and related functionality.

These services are used for game functionality, player authentication, cloud synchronization, purchases, diagnostics, and related services.
Information processed by these providers is also governed by their respective privacy policies and terms.
Locally stored gameplay information generally remains on the device until application data is cleared or the Game is uninstalled.
Cloud-saved information associated with a player account may remain stored until it is deleted in accordance with the applicable deletion process or provider retention requirements.
Users may request deletion of their Flap Spark player account and associated cloud data.
In-app deletion: A deletion option will be available through the Game's account/settings interface.

Some information may be retained where required for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, transaction records, or other legitimate purposes.
Information handled independently by Google or Unity may also be subject to their own retention and deletion policies.
Where applicable, Flap Spark provides privacy choices relating to advertising and consent.
Users may review or change available advertising privacy choices through the Privacy Options feature in the Game where available.
We take reasonable measures to minimize unnecessary data collection and use established service providers for authentication, cloud storage, advertising, purchases, and diagnostics.
Information transmitted by third-party services is handled according to the security practices of those providers.
No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Flap Spark is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.
Where age-related requirements apply, advertising and data processing may be limited or handled in accordance with applicable platform and legal requirements.
This Privacy Policy may be updated when the Game's features, services, SDKs, or legal requirements change.
When the policy is updated, the effective date shown at the top of this page will also be updated.
