Welcome to Flappy Dev, a mobile game developed by TORPILA. By using this app, you agree to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

• You must provide a valid username, email, and password during Sign Up. Alternatively, you may sign in with your Google account.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and not sharing them with others.

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Acceptable Use & Player Conduct

By using Flappy Dev, you agree not to:

• Cheat, hack, exploit, or use bots to manipulate scores.

• Use offensive or inappropriate usernames.

• Attempt to disrupt the game, servers, or interfere with other players' experiences.

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

4. Data Collection & Privacy

• We collect username, email, and game scores for authentication and leaderboard tracking.

• Passwords are securely handled by Firebase Authentication and are not accessible to us.

• Your data is stored in Firebase Firestore and protected by Google’s security infrastructure.

5. Intellectual Property

• Flappy Dev and all associated content (graphics, code, sounds) are the property of TORPILA.

• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any part of the game without permission.

6. No Warranties & Limitation of Liability

• Flappy Dev is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free gameplay.

• We are not responsible for any issues such as data loss, bugs, or device malfunctions arising from the use of this app.

7. Account Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.
