# Terms of Service — Flappy Cat

By downloading or using Flappy Cat ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service.
## 1. Use of the App
Flappy Cat is a casual voice-controlled game intended for entertainment and vocal warm-up purposes. You must have microphone access enabled for core gameplay to function.
## 2. Age Requirement
The App is rated for general audiences (PEGI 3 / Everyone). If you are under the age required by your local laws to agree to these terms without parental consent, please have a parent or guardian review and accept these terms on your behalf.
## 3. In-App Purchases
The App offers optional in-app purchases (Remove Ads, Donations). All purchases are processed through Google Play and are subject to Google Play's own refund and billing policies.
## 4. Leaderboards & User Content
If you choose to set a nickname for the global leaderboard, that nickname is publicly visible to other users. Do not use offensive, harmful, or personally identifying nicknames. We reserve the right to reset or remove leaderboard entries that violate this.
## 5. Advertising
The App displays third-party advertisements (via Google AdMob) unless you purchase the Remove Ads option. Rewarded ads are optional and never required to progress through core gameplay.
## 6. No Warranty
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
## 7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
## 8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
