Our Approach to management
Our approach to the project given was to first implement a management system that would appoint area of knowledge to be researched. Following which we assimilated the work structure of aeronautical firms where in which we designated sections of the RC plane to individuals as shown in the work breakdown structure (WBS) below.
Considering the available time provided, current situation of the country (COVID-19) and the identified milestones an Gantt Chart was made to keep the team on track, ensuring that we were on schedule ensure the completion of our project.
