1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Flance ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. What This App Is
Flance is a personal finance planning and record-keeping tool. It allows you to manually track income, expenses, savings, loans, and financial goals, and to generate reference reports (including income-expense reports) based on the data you enter.
3. Not Financial, Tax, or Investment Advice
The App does not provide financial, tax, legal, or investment advice. All reports, projections, feasibility estimates, and calculations are generated solely from the data you input and are provided for personal planning and informational purposes only. They are not verified, audited, or guaranteed to be accurate or complete.
You are solely responsible for verifying any figures, reports, or projections with a qualified professional (such as a Chartered Accountant, tax advisor, or SEBI-registered investment adviser) before relying on them for actual tax filing, financial decisions, or compliance purposes.
4. No Bank Linking or Lending
The App does not connect to your bank accounts, does not access your financial accounts directly, and does not provide, facilitate, or arrange loans or credit of any kind. Any "loan" or "EMI" tracking features are for your personal record-keeping only and do not create any lending relationship.
5. Accuracy of Data
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter into the App. The App's outputs are only as reliable as the information you provide.
6. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NEX/Arc Technologies shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage — including financial loss, tax penalties, or missed savings goals — arising from your use of, or reliance on, the App.
7. Changes to the App and Terms
We may update the App or these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be indicated via an in-app notice requiring re-acknowledgment. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, India.

Your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Policy explains what data Flance handles and how.
2. Data We Do Not Collect
Flance does not collect, transmit, or have access to any of your personal or financial data. All information you enter — including income, expenses, savings, loans, goals, and any uploaded proof-of-income/expense documents (Business mode) — is stored locally on your device only and is never sent to us or any third-party server.
The App includes an export feature, allowing you to export your full app data as a ZIP file, or individual income-expense reports as a CSV file. These exports are generated entirely on your device and are only shared, saved, or transmitted if and when you choose to do so — for example, by saving the file, emailing it, or sharing it through another app on your device. We have no access to, and receive no copy of, any exported file. Once exported, the security and handling of that file is your responsibility.
3. Third-Party Services
The App is distributed via Google Play. Google Play Services, which is a standard part of the Android operating system, may independently process minimal technical data (such as device identifiers or install/crash diagnostics) as part of normal app distribution and operation. This processing is governed by Google's own Privacy Policy, not by us, and is outside our control.
We do not use advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or third-party trackers within the App.
4. Your Data, Your Device
Because all data stays on your device:
We cannot access, view, recover, or delete your data on your behalf.
Uninstalling the App permanently deletes all data stored within it.
The app includes a Reset option. Using this permanently deletes your existing data.
The app includes an Import option. Using this permanently deletes your existing data.
5. Data Security
Since your data never leaves your device, its security depends on your device's own security (lock screen, OS updates, etc.). We recommend keeping your device secured, especially given the financial nature of the information stored.
6. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children and is not intended for use by individuals under 18.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be indicated via an in-app notice. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
