Flame VPN ("Flame VPN", "we", "our", or "us") is provided by rxndeveloper.
This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Flame VPN Android application ("App"). We are committed to protecting user privacy and minimizing the collection of personal information.
Flame VPN provides Virtual Private Network (VPN) functionality that allows users to establish an encrypted VPN connection.
Flame VPN is not designed to monitor, record, or sell your browsing activity.
We do not intentionally collect or store:
Websites you visit
Browsing history
DNS query history
Content of your internet traffic
Messages or communications transmitted through the VPN
Passwords or login credentials transmitted through the VPN
Destination browsing activity
VPN connections may necessarily process network information temporarily in order to establish and maintain the VPN tunnel. Such processing is part of providing the VPN functionality and is not intended to create a browsing-history profile of the user.
Flame VPN uses Android's VpnService functionality.
Android may display a system VPN permission dialog before Flame VPN can establish a VPN connection.
The VPN permission is used solely to provide VPN and related network-protection functionality requested by the user.
Flame VPN does not use VPN functionality to manipulate, modify, or inject advertising into users' network traffic.
To operate and improve the App, limited technical information may be processed.
This may include:
App version
Device and operating-system information
VPN connection state
Selected VPN server or location
Server latency, load, availability, or reliability information
Connection success or failure information
Local application settings and preferences
Diagnostic information necessary to identify application errors
Where possible, operational and reliability information is stored locally on the user's device.
We do not use this information to build a history of the websites or online services visited through the VPN.
Flame VPN may obtain VPN server information from external or authorized server catalogues.
Server information may include details such as:
Country or region
Server hostname or IP address
VPN protocol
Port
Server availability
Latency
Load
Reliability information
This information is used to display available VPN locations, select appropriate servers, and establish VPN connections.
When you connect to a VPN server, the VPN server and underlying network infrastructure necessarily receive network information required to establish and route the connection, which may include your source IP address.
Third-party or independently operated VPN servers may have their own privacy practices. Flame VPN does not control the independent data-processing practices of third-party server operators.
Flame VPN may display advertisements.
We may use Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads to provide advertisements within the App.
Depending on your device, region, consent choices, and Google settings, Google and its advertising partners may process information such as:
Advertising identifiers
Device information
IP address
Approximate location derived from IP address
App interactions
Advertisement impressions
Advertisement clicks
Diagnostic and performance information
Where required by applicable law, consent or privacy choices will be presented before personalized advertising or related data processing occurs.
Advertising systems are separate from the contents of your VPN traffic. Flame VPN does not intentionally provide your browsing history or the contents of traffic passing through the VPN tunnel to advertisers for advertising purposes.
Google's handling of information is governed by Google's own privacy policies and terms.
Flame VPN does not intentionally inspect VPN traffic for the purpose of selecting advertisements.
We do not sell VPN browsing history to advertisers.
Advertisements displayed within the App are not injected into websites or other applications through the VPN connection.
Some information may be stored locally on your device to provide application functionality.
This may include:
App preferences
Favorite VPN locations
Recently used locations
Cached server information
Connection or reliability information
Configuration preferences
Removing the App may remove locally stored application data according to Android's normal application-data behavior.
Flame VPN may request Android permissions necessary for its functionality.
These permissions may include VPN/network-related capabilities, internet access, notification functionality, foreground-service functionality, and other permissions required for supported features.
Permissions are used only for their disclosed application purposes.
Flame VPN may rely on third-party services or software components for functionality such as:
Advertising
VPN server infrastructure
Network connectivity
Application diagnostics
Security or application services
These providers may process limited information according to their own privacy policies.
We encourage users to review the privacy practices of applicable third-party providers.
We do not sell your personal information or VPN browsing history.
Information may be processed or shared with service providers only where reasonably necessary to operate, secure, maintain, advertise, or improve the App.
Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law, regulation, legal process, or valid governmental request.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information associated with the App.
Where applicable, server catalogue and control-plane communications are designed to use secure network connections.
However, no internet transmission, VPN service, server, or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Flame VPN is designed to minimize unnecessary collection and retention of user information.
Locally stored application information may remain on the device until it is cleared, replaced, or the App is uninstalled.
Information processed by third-party services, such as advertising providers or independent server infrastructure, may be retained according to those providers' respective policies.
Flame VPN is not specifically directed toward children.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us improperly, please contact us so that the matter can be investigated.
Third-party service providers and VPN infrastructure may operate servers in different countries.
As a result, limited information required to provide these services may be processed in countries other than the country in which you reside, subject to applicable laws and safeguards.
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights relating to your personal information.
Advertising consent and privacy options may also be available through the App, your Android device, or services provided by Google.
For privacy-related questions or requests concerning Flame VPN, contact us using the details below.
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, its functionality, third-party services, or legal requirements change.
When this Privacy Policy is updated, the revised version will be published with an updated "Last Updated" date.
Users are encouraged to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
