Local Adventures, Lasting Memories

Every month, the FLAME University Travel Club sets out to explore a new destination in or around Pune and Maharashtra. From historic caves and scenic viewpoints to peaceful lakesides and cultural hubs, each trip is designed to give students a real taste of the region while making space for friendship, fun, and discovery.

How Do We Choose Our Trips?

Before the academic year begins, our team researches potential destinations. We gather input directly from students through polls on our club communication platforms and shortlist 2 top choices based on interest and logistics. The final pick is then developed into a detailed itinerary by our Events & Planning team with safety, budget, and student engagement in mind.

How We Announce Trips?

Trips are typically announced 7–10 days in advance through:

Instagram stories
Email announcements
On-campus posters

We share a teaser poster and announce the registration opening time, followed by a Google Form to secure a spot. Registration is first-come, first-served and limited to 40–80 participants, depending on the trip.
