Flagzia ("the App") is developed and maintained by an individual developer ("we," "us," "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information when you use it.
1. No Account Required
Flagzia does not require you to create an account, log in, or provide any personal information to use the App.
2. Information We Do Not Collect
We do not collect, store, or share any personally identifiable information. The App does not use analytics tools, advertising SDKs, or tracking technologies of any kind.
3. Data Stored on Your Device
The App saves your learning progress — which flags you've marked as "known" or added to your review list — locally on your device using standard device storage (SharedPreferences). This data:
Never leaves your device
Is not transmitted to us or any third party
Is fully under your control, and can be reset within the App at any time
Is removed automatically if you uninstall the App
4. Third-Party Content
Flag images are loaded directly from flagcdn.com, a third-party flag image service, over a standard internet connection. Loading these images involves a normal network request (which may expose your IP address to that service, as with any website or CDN request), but the App itself does not send any personal or usage data to flagcdn.com or any other third party. We encourage you to review flagcdn.com's own policies if you have questions about their practices.
5. Children's Privacy
Flagzia does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13. Since the App requires no sign-up and no personal data is collected, it is safe for use by learners of all ages.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by an updated "Effective Date" above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
