Gregory P. Nolan, Attorney/Owner

Gregory P. Nolan was admitted to the Louisiana bar in 1998. Since his admission to the bar, he has handled all aspects of thousands of real estate closings involving both residential and commercial properties, in addition to practicing in the following areas of law: successions/wills/probate, commercial transactions, business formations/acquisitions/mergers, and banking. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit, and the U.S. District Court, Eastern, Middle, Western Districts of Louisiana. He graduated from Jesuit High School in New Orleans, the University of Notre Dame (B.A.), and the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University (J.D.). He is currently a member of the American Land Title Association, Louisiana State Bar Association, Louisiana Land Title Association (and formerly served on the Legislative Committee thereof), and Louisiana Bankers Association. He is a Notary Public and an authorized title agent for First American Title Insurance Company of Louisiana and Commonwealth Title Insurance Company.
