Flag Quiz Master: World Trivia ("the App") is an offline educational flag quiz game. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App handles, why it is handled, where it is stored, and the choices available to users.
Privacy Summary
The App does not require an account.
The App does not request internet access.

.

The App stores the following non-personal gameplay information locally using Android Jetpack DataStore:
Game progress
Best score for each difficulty and level
Number of times each level has been played

Earned stars and achievements derived from gameplay
Aggregate gameplay statistics

Question timer enabled or disabled
This information is used only to provide game functionality, remember user preferences, display progress, unlock levels, and calculate achievements.
Information the App Does Not Collect
The current version of the App does not collect or process:
Personal identity or contact information
Account credentials
Financial or payment information
Precise or approximate location
Contacts, call logs, or messages
Photos, videos, files, or media from the device
Camera or microphone data
Health, fitness, or biometric information
Browsing history or search history
Advertising identifiers
IP addresses or network activity
User-generated content
Diagnostic, analytics, or crash-reporting data
Internet Access and External Servers
The App does not declare the Android INTERNET permission and does not send gameplay information to a developer-operated server. Country names, flag images, music, and sound effects are packaged inside the App and are available offline.
Advertising and Tracking
The current version of the App does not contain an advertising SDK and does not display personalized or non-personalized advertisements. It also does not use tracking technologies, analytics SDKs, attribution SDKs, or cross-app tracking.
If advertising, analytics, online services, or third-party tracking tools are introduced in a future release, this Privacy Policy and the applicable app store data-safety disclosures must be updated before that release is published.
Score Sharing
The result screen provides an optional Share Score action. When selected, the App creates a plain-text score message and opens the Android system share sheet.
Sharing does not occur automatically.
The user chooses whether to share and which external app receives the text.
The App does not receive information about what the user does after the external app is opened.
The privacy policy of the selected external app applies to information sent through that app.
Device Storage, Backup, and Transfer
Gameplay information and preferences are stored in the App's private storage. Other apps normally cannot access this storage.
The App currently allows Android's standard backup and device-transfer features. Depending on the user's device, Android version, manufacturer, and Google account settings, the operating system may back up or transfer the App's private data. Such backup or transfer is controlled by the operating system and the user's device settings, not by Flag Quiz Master: World Trivia.
Users can generally manage Android backup from their device's system settings.
Data Retention and Deletion
Local game data remains on the device until one of the following occurs:
The user clears the App's storage from Android settings
The user uninstalls the App
The operating system removes the App's data
If Android backup is enabled, a backup copy may remain under the user's platform backup account according to the platform provider's retention rules. Reinstalling the App or moving to another device may restore that data.
Because the current App does not operate user accounts or a remote database, there is no developer-held account record to access, correct, or delete.
Data Security
The App uses Android application-private storage for local information and does not intentionally transmit that information over a network. No method of electronic storage is guaranteed to be completely secure, but limiting data handling to local, private storage reduces exposure.
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their device and any Google or manufacturer account used for device backup.
Children's Privacy
Flag Master Quiz is a general-audience educational game and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The App does not require an account, request personal details, use behavioral advertising, or provide online communication features.
If a parent or guardian believes a future version of the App has handled a child's personal information unexpectedly, they should contact the developer using the details below.
Permissions
The current App does not request dangerous Android runtime permissions. In particular, it does not request access to location, camera, microphone, contacts, phone, SMS, notifications, or external storage.
Third-Party Components
The App uses open-source Android development libraries, including AndroidX, Jetpack Compose, Material 3, Jetpack DataStore, Kotlin coroutines, and Koin. These libraries run as part of the App. The current configuration does not use them to send personal information to third parties.
The Android operating system and any app selected from the system share sheet are separate services governed by their own privacy policies.
International Users
The App's locally stored data remains subject to the security and backup behavior of the user's device and platform account. Since the current App does not transmit data to developer-operated servers, the developer does not perform international transfers of App data.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
This policy may be updated when the App's features, dependencies, permissions, or legal obligations change. The updated policy will include a revised "Last updated" date. Material changes should be made available through the App's store listing or another appropriate notice.
