If you have a question about someone else's art, please make a text only post and link to either their page, or an image and GIVE CREDIT. But do not make an image post on the subreddit with their art.

We only allow individual feedback posts on Tunesday Tuesday and Feedback Friday. When the event is active, an announcement from a moderator will be stickied at the top of the subreddit. If your video isn't a screen recording of your playlist window with your full track (not just a waveform of your track) from your project, your post will be removed.

My data comes from Google Sheets (which in turn comes from a wpform on wordpress). When importing it to Lookerstudio, the date appears as a string, and I have converted it to an actual date. I have also tried using the todate to get it in a Ymd format. These are some of the combinations I tested, and none work :

I am curious as to why Visual studio is more popular than jetbrains rider yet in my own honest opinion i feel rider has a far better performance and intelisense than visual studio. Even when it comes to adding references rider easily detects what you want to add while for visual studio will not give you that option. Maybe its just my bias, i would love to hear more opinions on which IDE you guys use.

There were quite a few comments from various users in this subreddit that in case you are experiencing CPU overload, switching to a lower Timebase (PPQ) setting can decrease your CPU usage by a lot. Although that is true, you must also know that if you are working with Audio clips, Automations, Patterns or Piano roll note that are not snapped on a quantized line, your Audio clip, Automation, Pattern or Piano roll note will get time-shifted when you will lower your Timebase (PPQ) setting and that can make your song sound wrong in the end when you hit playback. So unless you are working with Audio clips, Automations, Patterns or Piano roll note that are perfectly quantized on a snapped line, I really don't recommend lowering the Timebase (PPQ) setting at all. Also if you lower your Timebase (PPQ) setting and things don't sound right anymore and you switch back to the same Timebase (PPQ) setting that you had before the initial setting change, the first alignment you have made with Audio clip, Automation, Pattern or Piano roll note before you changed the Timebase (PPQ) setting, will be forgotten by FL (except if you have project auto backup enabled) or should I say they will be put on to the nearest quantized snapped line, so please make sure to save your project before trying to lower your Timebase (PPQ) setting.

Hi everyone. I wanna make an 2D pixel sword action game but I am not write a single code before and I don't know how I make it. I wanna learn Gamemaker: studio 2 and gml. What is the best way to learn ?

Wasnt exactly sure where to post this but this subreddit seemed somewhat fitting. Im moving out of my families place soon and have been considering getting a 200-300sq.ft (18-28sq.meters) studio apartment. Im just wondering if I living in a space like that is worth it, if not I will probably move in with some friends. Im curious what your guys experience with studio apartments is

I wanted to switch to studio one from ableton because so many of the features looked so cool. The melodyne integration, quick midi bouncing that is non destructive, the scratch pad, the easy ability to have multiple songs open simultaneously, the chord track, the arrangement track, and the feature packed midi editor. But all of these awesome things become totally useless to me when the creative workflow is so nonsensical. The biggest annoyance is the overcomplicated way s1 handles tracks, channels, groups, and instruments. I have to go through so many extra clicks to do simple tasks like deleting and instrument track, or grouping tracks (i have to add make a folder and add a new bus to it?!!), adding automation, etc. Also events are such a pain. They keep accidentally overlapping and when I merge 2 events there is no unmerge option?! It feels like this daw was made more to brag about its features than to actually use. If anyone has suggestions on how I can solve these workflow issues I would love to hear it sorry for insulting your daw. But if not I'm moving on.

I have been using Fl for the past 2 year but have run into some performance issues recently since I have been using more plugins. And I saw quite a few articles online saying Reaper is lighter on the CPU than FL. So in an effort to squish a few more plugins into my projects I am considering switching to reaper and was wondering is Reaper is missing anything major that FL has. And if Reaper has something to offer that FL studio doesn't have.

I am in the process of buying a resin printer. I have to mention I am a mega noob in the lore of 3d printingat the moment. That said, I am interested to subscribe to loot studio since their minis are so epic ! And maybe lord of the print but it will depend on the size of the printer I will get since I think they mainly make huge miniatures... anyways. I noticed that for March, they have 71 miniatures available. Do the 71 minis/terrain come with the subscription or you have to pay extra ? Also since I never been a member, how can i have access to the previous released files of miniatures ?

About Studio One, I've seen it in action in a studio once, looked pretty neat and all that. It's giving me the vibe of a Pro Tools x FL mash-up, which would be great for my taste, but seen people complaining about its stability and all around functionalities, the midi editor for example. 006ab0faaa
